リゾート🏝️って感じでした　 殘念なのはビーチタオルが1人1枚で2泊それを使用するみたいで毎日取り替えてもらいたかったなぁ 宿泊の方はみんなベランダにタオルを當然乾していましたがベランダにタオルや水著が風に飛ばされて落ちていました　英語が達者な方ならなんてことないのでしょうがフロントに落ちていた物を渡しましたがそれもまた緊張でした

Bel hôtel, belle chambre, belle piscine, les personnes travaillant au bar sont très agréables cependant déception au niveau de la réception ( pas tous on bien d’accord) mais quand on paye aussi cher on s’attend à plus d’égard et de bienveillance, c’est dommage, Pour l’explication ma carte bleu française ne passe pas avec leur système de lecture de la bande ( message stipulant solde insuffisant) sauf que le jour précédent une autre personne m’a permis de l’insérer et de faire mon code et comme par magie cela fonctionne d’ailleurs j’ai fait des achats en ville juste après avec cette fameuse carte. Pas de chance je suis mal tombée, je comptais revenir à la fin de mon périple mais cela m’a clairement refroidi.

真的很差勁，到店之後升級成了海景Oceanfront房型，最後一共花了大概800多美元一夜。跟檀香山的酒店沒法比，這個酒店裡都是蟑螂和蛾子，洗手間也是一股味道。沙灘都是暗礁不能浮潛 真的不行。

This hotel is horrible. The staff are rude and impatient during check in. Some are even unprofessional, took us 30 mins to check out! We almost missed the flight due to the delay. There are also hidden charges you need to keep in mind, parking fee is 30 dollars per day, plus there is no guarantee to find a parking slot there, lines are all misleading and no plan to fix it, resort fee is about 36ish dollars per day. It’s kind of crazy to have parking fee on Kauai island, given how pricy the booking fee already is. The bed is so soft that every morning after waking up, I have a sore neck and arms, very uncomfortable. The only thing good about this hotel is probably the location, it’s literally near the beach, but that’s it. It won’t cover the bad experience overall. Be mindful if you plan to book, especially with the price.

先説好的一方面：我們定的是海景房，可以看到海，酒店的游泳池也不錯，還有夏威夷草裙舞表演，酒店的餐廳也不錯，沒有其他客人點評得那麼不堪。但是，有2個嚴重的問題：一個是房間裡有螞蟻，穿著拖鞋被咬了一口，後來發現床上也有螞蟻。第二個更加嚴重，半夜每隔幾分鐘有個機器啟動，聲音非常大，持續幾分鐘再停機，一直這樣反覆，吵得無法入睡。
